Richard and Kristi Mason of Great Bend announce the birth of their son, Evan Michael Mason, on Feb. 2 at Central Kansas Medical Center in Great Bend. He weighed 9 lbs. 6 oz. and was 20 1/2 in. long. He has two big sisters, eight-year-old Sydney Kay Mason and five-year-old Teagan Elise Mason.

Grandparents are Kay Krouse of Great Bend, Steven Krouse of Phoenix, Ariz., George Mason, Jr. of Greenville, Miss., and Connie Suddeth of Cleveland, Miss. Great-grandparents are Wayne and Betty Jean Krouse of South Bend, Ind.
