Frank and Tara (Romme) Steiner announce the birth of their daughter, Alexa Marie Steiner, on Sept. 19 in Kansas City, Mo. She weighed 7 lbs. 15 oz. and was 21 in. long.
Grandparents are Richard and Carol Steiner of Great Bend and Merlin Romme of Hays. Great-grandfather is Lawrence Liebl of Clafin.
