Brian and Melissa Bitter of Hoisington announce the engagement of their daughter, Julie Renee Bitter, to Michael Ermon Richards, son of Randy and Carla Richards of Hoisington.The bride-elect is a 2011 graduate of Hoisington High School. In 2015 she graduated from Kansas State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Food Science and Industry. She received her Master of Occupational Therapy from Rockhurst University in 2017.The prospective groom is a 2010 graduate of Hoisington High School.
