Kelly and Rhonda Wheeler of Pawnee Rock announce the engagement of their daughter Ashley Brown to Michael Richardson, son of Michael and Laurie Richardson of Springfield, Mo. and Tim Whitten and Brenda of Tulsa, Okla.
The bride-elect is a 2004 graduate of Elkhart High School. She is currently working on a business degree in management. She is employed by Larned State Hospital.
The prospective groom is a 2009 graduate of Rhema Bible Training Center of Tulsa, Okla. He is employed by Larned State Hospital.
The wedding is planned for Aug. 13.
