Francis and Becky Demel of Hoisington, announce the engagement of their daughter, Kacey Elaine Demel to Kyle James Beck, son of Anne and Allan Beck of Claflin. Grandparents of the bride-elect are James and Lorraine Schneweis, and Lawrence and Sidone Demel, all of whom reside in Hoisington. Grandfather of the prospective groom is Eugene Beck of Hoisington.
The bride-elect is a 2008 graduate of Hoisington High School. In 2011, she graduated with an Associates in Applied Science degree from Barton Community College. She is employed at Clara Barton Hospital in Hoisington as a registered nurse.
The prospective groom is a 2003 graduate of Claflin High School. In 2005, he graduated from Northwest Kansas Technical College in Goodland with a degree in network communications technology. He is employed at H&B communications in Holyrood as a field technician.
The wedding is planned for May 3, at St. John’s Catholic Church in Hoisington.
