Mack Holt of Loving, N.M. and Sandra Holt of Denver City, Texas  announce the engagement of their daughter, Vickye Marie Holt, to William Christopher Kozlowski, son of Bruce and Stacie Kozlowski of Larned and Ruth Warren of Wichita.
The bride-elect is a graduate of Denver City High School. She is employed by the University of Kansas as a human resources specialist in the Information Technology Department in Lawrence.
The prospective groom is a graduate of Larned High School. He is employed as a licensed journeyman by Lynn Electric in Lawrence.
The wedding is planned for May 14 in Ruidoso Downs, N.M.
