Karen Menzies of Great Bend announces the engagement of her daughter Misti Menzies, to Aaron Maxwell, son of Mr. and Mrs. Mark Maxwell of Valley Center. The bride-elect is the daughter of the late Larry Menzies.
The bride-elect is a graduate of Great Bend High School.
The prospective groom is a graduate of Valley Center High School and Wichita State University.
The wedding is planned for Oct. 17, in Valley Center.
