Alan Moran and Amye and Jon Schneider announce the engagement of their daughter, Amanda Moran, to Kory Jones, son of the late Kelly Beakey.
The bride-elect is a 2008 graduate of Otis-Bison High School. In 2011, she graduated from Barton Community College. She is employed by the Great Bend Public Library as an assistant children’s librarian.
The prospective groom is a 2006 graduate of Great Bend High School. In 2011, he graduated from Barton Community College. He is employed by Walmart Tire and Lube as a technician.
The wedding is planned for Oct. 13 at Camp Aldrich.
