Butch and Melissa Ramsey of Great Bend announce the engagement of their daughter Meredith Ramsey, to Brock Funke, son of David and Jane Funke of Washington.
The bride-elect is a 2007 graduate of Great Bend High School. In 2012, she graduated from Fort Hays State University with a Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education. She is a 2nd grade teacher at Lincoln Elementary.
The prospective groom is a 2003 graduate of Washington County High School. In 2010, he graduated from Fort Hays State University with a Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education. He is employed as a 5th grade teacher at Park Elementary.
The wedding is planned for June 14 at Dozier Vineyard and Winery in Ellinwood.
