Mark and Rhonda Rightnour announce the engagement of their daughter Rachel Rightnour to Jeremy Smith son of Mark and Marcie Smith.
The bride-elect is a 2012 graduate of Barclay College with a Business Administration degree. She is employed at a secretary assistant at Amerine Utilities Construction.
The prospective groom attended Barton Community College and is currently a student at Fort Hays State University studying business management. He is employed as an operator at Amerine Utilities Construction.
The wedding is planned for Sept. 3 in Cancun Mexico.
