Dennis and VirJean Scheuerman of Otis announce the engagement of their daughter, Treva Marie Scheuerman, to Ricardo Eliezer De Leon, son of Celso and Ana De Leon of Panama City, Panama.
The bride-elect attended Otis-Bison High School. She earned her bachelor’s degree in Psychology at Baker University and her Masters of Social Welfare at the University of Kansas. She is employed as a social worker at Truman Medical Center in Kansas City, Mo.
The prospective groom attended Instituto Justo Arosemena in Panama City, Panama. He earned his Civil Engineering degree at Universidad Santa Maria la Antigua in Panama. He is employed as a civil engineer at Kansas City Southern Railroad in Kansas City, Mo.
The wedding is planned for Aug. 9, at Trinity Lutheran Church in Great Bend.
