David and Norma Schneider announce the engagement of their daughter, Denise Elizabeth Schneider, to Nathan Joseph Zink, son of Joseph and Lora Zink.
The bride-elect is a 2004 graduate of Great Bend High School. She graduated from Kansas State University in 2008 with a bachelors degree in Elementary Education and in 2010 from Wichita State University with a masters in Curriculum and Instruction. She is employed as a 4th grade teacher for USD 431 at Lincoln Elementary School in Hoisington.
The prospective groom is a 2004 graduate of Claflin Jr./Sr. High School. He graduated from North Central Kansas Technical College in 2005 with a carpentry degree. He farms and pumps wells in Claflin.
The wedding is planned for Dec. 4 at St. Rose of Lima in Great Bend.
