Rick and Margaret Shaver of Salina, announce the engagement of their daughter, Lauren Elizabeth Shaver to Kade Joseph Kirmer, son of Marvin and Bobette Kirmer of Claflin. The bride-elect attended Ell-Saline High School in Brookville. She earned her Family Studies and Human Services degree from Kansas State University.
