Jerry and Marcy Sieker of Ellinwood and Phil and Lynda Weaver of Topeka, announce the engagement of their children Kyle Dean Sieker and Kalyn Marie Weaver. Grandparents of the bride-elect are Norman and Doris Weaver of Hugoton and Charlene Swanson of Topeka and the late Duane Swanson. Grandparents of the prospective groom are the late William and Benita Doherty and Wanda Sieker of Ellinwood and the late Harry Sieker.
The bride-elect is a 2006 graduate of Washburn Rural High School in Topeka. She graduated from Kansas State University with a degree in graphic design. She is employed by GTM in Manhattan.
The prospective groom is a 2004 graduate of Ellinwood High School. He graduated from Barton Community College and Fort Hays State University with a degree in marketing. He is employed by McCullough Development, Inc. in Manhattan.
The wedding is planned for Nov. 3 at Our Savior’s Lutheran Church in Topeka.
