Roger and Rita Stephens, of Claflin, announce the engagement of their daughter, Elisha Stephens, to Chad Chambers, son of Carol Fisher of Leon.
The bride-elect is employed at Associates in Women’s Health in Wichita.
The prospective groom is employed at Albert Hogoboom Oil Field Trucking in El Dorado.  
The wedding is planned for Aug. 31 at Camp Aldrich.
