Mr. and Mrs. Lenhart will celebrate their 50th anniversary with a dinner and dance on Sept. 22, hosted by their children. Anyone wishing to celebrate with the couple may join them at the Wolf Hotel in Ellinwood after 8 p.m.

Junior and Carol Lenhart were married on Sept. 21, 1968, at St. Joseph’s Catholic Church in Ellinwood. Mrs. Lenhart is the daughter of Delores and the late Edward Hauser. Mr. Lenhart is the son of the late Clarence and Anna Lenhart. They have two children, Darci and her husband Jim of Ellinwood, Daaron and his wife Kim of Manhattan; four grandchildren, Brett and Lake Lyman, Taylor and Avery Lenhart; two step-grandchildren James Lyman and Kylie Birzer; and two step-great grandchildren James and Lorelei.
