Sarah Ann Panning and Nelson Dale Adams Jr. were united in marriage on Sept. 6, 2014 at St. Patricks Church in Great Bend in a double ring ceremony officiated by Father Ted Stoecklein. Parents of the bride are David and Marlene Panning of Great Bend. Parents of the groom are Greg and Stephanie Nuss of Great Bend and Nelson and Mabel Adams of Hoisington.
Given in marriage by her father, the bride wore a white taffeta A-line gown with a pick up skirt and a asymmetrically ruched bodice accented with pearls, sequins and crystal beads. She wore a single row rhinestone headband with a fingertip white beaded edge veil.
The bridesmaids wore chiffon one shoulder short dress in canary yellow and kelly green.
The groom and groomsmen wore a black two button satin lapel tuxedo by Tony Bowls.
The bride is employed by Landmark National Bank of Great Bend . She serves as a Great Bend Chamber Ambassador.
The groom is employed by Hammeke Electric.
The couple resides in Great Bend.
