Amanda Lynn Dahlke and Levi Lee Ellis were united in marriage on Aug. 31, at St. Peter Lutheran Church in Holyrood in a double-ring ceremony officiated by Pastor Daniel Harders. Parents of the bride are Jonathan and Cheryl Dahlke of Holyrood. Parents of the groom are Anthony Ellis of Holyrood and Kathleen Stevenson of Olathe. Grandparents of the bride are Alice Bednasek of Holyrood and the late Vernon Bednasek, Grace Dahlke of Hutchinson and the late Rev. Victor Dahlke. Grandparents of the groom are Michael Stevenson and Linda Davis of Wilson, Roxanne Stevenson of Ellsworth, Linda Stevenson of Great Bend, and the late Kathy Block.
Matron of honor was Melissa Taylor. Bridesmaids were Jessie Habiger, RaeAnn Hayes, and Natasha Turner, sister of the groom.
Best man was Michael Ellis, brother of the groom. Groomsmen were Jordan Dahlke, brother of the bride, Matt Vopat, and Tanner Dahlke, brother of the bride.
Ushers were Aaron Watts, Tel Soukup, and Tye Soukup.
Flower girls were Cheryl Hayes and Alli Klima, cousin of the groom. Ring Bearer was Broc Klima cousin of the groom.
Candle lighters were Miranda and Brooke Burton.
Guest book attendants were Samantha Hickel and Brittany Overmiller, both cousins of the bride.
The bride is a graduate of Quivira Heights High School in Bushton and Barton Community College. She is employed by Bank of Holyrood.
The groom graduated from Wilson High School. He is employed by Zack’s Pipe Testing in Odin.
The couple resides in Holyrood.
