Aspiring young dancers in the area are encouraged to hone their skills and perform during a Barton women’s basketball game as Barton Community College’s Dance Team hosts “Cougar Dance Day,” from 10:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 3, in the Kirkman Activity Center. Registration will begin at 9:45 a.m.
The dance workshop is open to grades K-8.  Dancers will reconvene at the Kirkman Activity Center at 5:15 p.m. to prepare for a performance during halftime of the women’s basketball game at approximately 6 p.m.
Cost for the program is $30 and includes a light lunch, T-shirt and admission into the Barton basketball games for that evening,
