Barton Community College forensic coach Bill Sheffield will present “Test Your Kansas History Skill: Battle of the Brains,” at 2 p.m. Thursday, March 13, in the college library.
The presentation is part of Barton Library’s “Kansas History Snapshot” series and is sponsored by the Cohen Kansas History Center. The center is in the southeast alcove of the Learning Resource Center on the Barton County campus and is the result of the generosity of Barton P. and Dr. Mary Davidson Cohen of Leawood. Admission is free.
The program originally scheduled for this week, “Mary Elizabeth Lease: Why I am a Populist,” will be presented by BCC history instructor Linda McCaffery on April 10.
