The Great Bend Recreation Commission will host a free program, “What Do You Really Know About the Courthouse Square?” at 1 p.m. Friday, July 13, at the Senior Center, 2005 Kansas Ave. Joe Boley will present historical facts and notes about the band shell, monuments and other significant features of the Barton County Courthouse.
