This month’s meeting of the Barton Community College Board of Trustees will move to a different time and location. The meeting is set for 1 p.m. on Thursday, Nov. 14, in Room A-113, the conference room of the Administration Building.
The meeting is expected to be brief, with revisions to the Networking Specialist certificate and degree programs, and the hiring of a systems analyst on the agenda.
Following adjournment of the meeting, the trustees will commence with their Retreat in the same location. Trustees are scheduled to participate in webinars titled “What Trustees need to know about Financial Oversight” and “Safeguarding your institution; The Board’s Role in Navigating Disaster.” The retreat is for planning purposes only and no action is taken.
