Citizens Watchdog Association will meet at 7 p.m. Thursday at Rosewood Gallery, 16th & Main. This neighborhood watch meeting is "open to the public, burglary victims, neighbors, friends and anyone who is concerned about the continuing burglaries in Great Bend."

Randy Smith, criminal justice instructor from Barton County Community College, will give the program, "What in Your Neighborhood Needs to be Fixed."
