Crime Stoppers releases more details on robbery

Crime Stoppers of Barton County and Great Bend has released more information about a robbery reported Saturday morning by a Great Bend resident.
The victim at 2002 Holland St. is described as an elderly male. On Saturday morning he entered his home, which was left unlocked, and found a white male, wearing a blue bandana, inside. He told the intruder to leave, and was then struck and injured. The suspect stole $330 cash and a knife.
The man was treated for his injuries at Great Bend Regional Hospital and released. Police were called around 10:39 a.m.
