The Great Bend Recreation Commission will be host the free program "Agriculture Around the World," at 1 p.m. Monday at the Senior Center, 2005 Kansas Ave. Rena Berrett, Barton County Extension intern, will share some of the experiences she has had with agriculture through her exchange program.

GBRC Program Coordinator Garet Fitzpatrick said Berrett grew up on a farm in Oregon, and studied agriculture at Kansas State University this past year. A short trip to France at the end of the semester gave her additional experiences related to the world of agriculture.
