The Great Bend Recreation Commission will host a free program, "Activities for the Ages," from 10-11 a.m. Wednesday, Nov. 2, at the Senior Center, 2005 Kansas Ave. Recreation Program Coordinator Megan Hammeke said this program will encourage a team building approach to promote physical activity.

Those planning to attend are asked to call the Senior Center, 792-3906, in advance to there will be enough materials for everyone. Donna Krug, Family Consumer Science agent at the Barton County Extension, will be the presenter for this program.
