HUDSON — A Hudson man was taken to Great Bend Regional Hospital after the motorcycle he was driving hit an armadillo, at 7:40 a.m. Monday in Stafford County.
Jeremy Keith Krankenberg, 32, was treated and released, a hospital spokesman said.
Kansas Highway Patrol reports Krankenberg was westbound on northeast 100th Street, half a mile east of U.S.281 and 3.5 miles west of Hudson, when the Buell motorcycle struck an armadillo in the roadway. Krankenberg lost control of the motorcycle and laid it over on the highway.
