The Great Bend Recreation Commission’s Board of Directors will consider insurance proposals when it meets at 4 p.m. Monday at the Carl Soden Recreation Center, 1214 Stone St. Other action items on the agenda include the employee handbook, refund service charge and an executive session for discussion of personnel.
