Great Bend Public Library is cleaning out its collection of old magazines again, marketing director Jennifer King said. Starting this week, several older issues of various magazines are available for the public to take.

In other library news, King noted that the Friends of the Great Bend Public Library will hold its next meeting at 2 p.m. Sunday, Feb. 5, in the Kansas Room of the library, 1409 Williams St.
