Library's Muppet movie marathon ends Wednesday

Great Bend Public Library, 1409 Williams St., conclude a three-day Muppet movie marathon at 2 p.m. Wednesday. Free movies are also scheduled for teen and adults, according to Jennifer King, marketing director.

In Wednesday's movie, the Muppets must save their old theater from a greedy oil tycoon.
The Teen Department at the library will show “Footloose” at 3 p.m. Thursday. Students in grades 7-12 are invited for a free movie and popcorn.
This Saturday the library will offer an Adults’ Night Out Movie at 7 p.m. The free showing of “Safe House” is open to anyone 18 and older.
