A motorcyclist was taken to the Lyons Hospital with possible injuries after an accident Saturday afternoon in Rice County.
Kansas Highway Patrol reports Richard D. Durst, 66, of Moundridge, was traveling east on K-4, approximately 1.5 miles east of Bushton at 1:55 p.m. He drove off the left shoulder, and down into the ditch. The 2008 Honda Goldwing flipped two to three times before coming to rest. Durst was wearing a helmet.
