The trial dates for Shawn Ney were changed Tuesday to Feb. 27 through March 2, 2012. Last week, the office of Attorney General Derek Schmidt announced a January trial date, but that was changed because the defense counsel had a scheduling conflict. Ney is charged with the first-degree murder of Steven Calderwood, attempted first-degree murder of Sarah Ney, and aggravated burglary, all stemming from events on July 10, 2010, in Barton County.
