First Presbyterian Church in Great Bend will hold its annual St. Patrick’s Irish Stew meal on St. Patrick’s Day, member Earl Fox reports.

"The Presbyterian men, along with the help of everyone in the church and Scout Troop No. 157, which is sponsored by the Church, are preparing their famous St. Patrick’s Irish stew and homemade pie," he said.

The public is invited to the meal, which will be served from 4:30-7 p.m. on March 17 in the Fellowship Hall of the church at 24th and Washington. Tickets are $6 and a will be available at the door. Pre-kindergarten children may eat for free. Carry-out can be purchased and picked up at the northeast church entry.
