Report on accident completed

The Great Bend Police Department on Tuesday released the completed report on an accident involving a vehicle and a pedestrian last Saturday.
David Mack, 46, Omaha, Neb., was driving a Ford Explorer east on 10th St. at 6:08 p.m. and struck Robert Galliart, 31, Great Bend, who was walking across the street at Frey. Witnesses said Mack had a green light; the said he did not see Galliart until it was too late due to traffic to his left. Mack showed no signs of impairment.
Galliart was transported to Great Bend Regional Hospital by Great Bend Fire Department Ambulance with a wrist injury and a scratch or cut over his right eye. He was treated and released.
