The Barton County Sheriff’s Office Reserves are taking registrations for their 10th annual Kids Camp for boys and girls 8-14 years old.
Reserve Sgt. Kevin Henderson said the camp will run from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Saturday, April 28, at the BCSO Range, located at 396 NE 30 Road. Activities will include gun safety instruction and weapon shooting, tomahawk throwing, team building, an obstacle course and a demonstration by the Crisis Response Team.
Cost is $10 which will include a T-shirt and lunch. Registration is being taken at the Barton County Sheriff’s Office through Friday, April 20. Contact Denise Karst, 620-793-1876.
