Rich Schaffer from the South West Kansas Area Agency on Aging will present “Are You Smarter Than a Scam Artist” at 1 p.m. Friday, Dec. 13, at the Great Bend Senior Center, 2005 Kansas Ave. This free program is hosted by the Great Bend Recreation Commission.
 Schaffer will explain how to protect yourself and family members during  a group interactive presentation that will test participants’ knowledge on scams and the latest scams that are surfacing.
