A Lyons man died Friday in a Rice County accident. Kansas Highway Patrol reports Boe E. Keesling, 32, left a disabled sport utility vehicle after hitting a deer, and was hit by another vehicle. He was pronounced dead at the scene.The accident occurred at 7:48 p.m. on 24th Road and Ave. Q, approximately 11 miles southeast of Lyons.
