Jean Aycok with the Kansas Wetlands Education Center will present “The Plight of Prairie Dogs” at noon Wednesday, Nov. 6 at the Great Bend Activity Center, 2715 18th St., and 1 p.m. Friday, Nov. 8 at the Great Bend Senior Center, 2005 Kansas Ave. These free one-hour Stop ‘N Learn sessions are hosted by the Great Bend Recreation Commission.
Aycok, KWEC educator, will share some interesting facts and will bring a couple of live prairie dogs to her presentation.
