A Great Bend woman sustained possible injury Monday in a one-vehicle accident in the 1100 block of NW 40 Ave.
Barton County Sheriff’s Office reports Dawn Mortimore, 32, was driving north in a Chevy Impala at 10:05 a.m. when she saw road work. Mortimore thought she would be late for her appointment, so she backed up, but the car went into the ditch and rolled onto the passenger side. She was wearing a seat belt. Hoisington Emergency Medical Service arrived because Mortimore complained of leg pains, but she refused treatment at the scene.
