Kans for Kids to celebrate 20th anniversary

HOISINGTON — On Sept. 13, there will be a 20th anniversary celebration and fundraiser for Kans for Kids. The social hour and silent auction is from 5:30-7 p.m. and dinner starts at 7 pm. Cost is $25 per ticket and only 250 will be sold.

Parade registrations needed by Aug. 19

HOISINGTON — Completed parade registrations are due to the Hoisington Chamber of Commerce by Aug. 19 for the Labor Day parade.
GPS Kids Club After School Program about to start

HOISINGTON — The GPS Kids Club After School Program in Hoisington is planning to open around the same time as school starts.
It is a non-profit organization for after school care.

Rental licensing program meeting to be held

HOISINGTON — A meeting about the new rental licensing program in Hoisington will be held at 7 p.m. on Aug. 14 at the City Auditorium.
The city will provide information to rental owners at that time.
