The Great Bend City Council will meet at 7:30 p.m. Monday at the City Office, 1209 Williams. The agenda includes plans for the construction of an apartment complex using housing tax credits, a public hearing regarding industrial revenue bonds and property tax abatements for Great Bend Regional Hospital to construct a medical office building, property tax exemption for economic development purposes for Fuller Industries, a petition for the creation of a community improvement district for Golden Belt Cinema 6 and an update on the Great Bend Convention Center.
