A burglary was reported Sunday afternoon at Cole Body Shop, 76 SE 16 Road. The scrap yard had been broken into and a trailer being used as an office burned to the ground.
The Barton County Sheriff’s Office asked the Great Bend Fire Department to investigate. After consulting with the deputy, the Kansas Fire Marshal’s Office was asked to help with the investigation.
