I Believe in Music, a timely theme for Panther Jazz concert

The Great Bend High School Panther Jazz Band will hold its fall concert at 7 p.m. today in the GBHS auditorium.
Featured during the concert will be the Mac Davis original, “I Believe in Music,” followed by the Beatles’ classic “A Hard Day’s Night.” Other selections include “All for Love,” “Spinning Wheel, “Woodchopper’s Ball,” “Over the Rainbow,” “Forever in Love,” “Whole Lotta Shakin’ Goin’ On,” “Hip to be Square,” and “Livin’ LaVida Loca.”  
Soloists for the evening include Santiago Talamantes, Megan Wesley, Tonya Sanchez, Taylor Lampe, Genesis Rose, Michael Raymer and Estella Schumacher.
 Directors are Mark DeWald and Isaac Enochs, and they are assisted by Kurtis Koch. The concert is free and the public is invited to attend.
