For Ellinwood residents only, the Red Cross will be providing Emergency Clean Up Kits which include bucket, floor squeegees, mops, bleach, gloves, masks, and bug spray. They will be available Tuesday afternoon at the City Office.
The city continues with sand bagging efforts because of all the rain in the forecast. Sand bagging begins at 1 p.m.
The city reports they received little rain on Monday night.
