Rollover crash
First responders work the scene of a one-vehicle rollover accident northeast of Great Bend late Tuesday afternoon. Barton County Sheriffs Office officials said there was only one injury, but more than one individual in the four-door Suzuki car. Only one person was transported from the scene by a Great Bend Emergency Medical Services ambulance. The BCSO said more information would be released later and the crash remained under investigation. The incident took place on NE 30 Road, just east of NE 50 Avenue (two miles east of Barton Community College) and the vehicle wound up upright on the south side of the road inside a barbed-wire fence. The Kansas Highway Patrol also assisted.
