James J. Rossman, 86, of Albert, and Rachel D. Hill, 30, of Larned, were injured Friday when vehicles they were driving collided in Barton County. The accident occurred at 4:15 p.m.According to the Barton County Sheriff’s Office, Rossman was in a 2006 Ford F-150 driving south in the 10 block of NW 130 Ave., and Hill was in a westbound 2014 Chevrolet Traverse in the 1300 block of West Barton County Road. Rossman stopped at the stop sign, then pulled out to turn west onto West Barton County Road.
