Arrests made in Monday domestic dispute
on the record

The Barton County Sheriff’s Office noted that on the morning of Jan. 12, at approximately 10:27 a.m., Sheriff’s deputies were dispatched to a domestic disturbance at 221 Skyline Drive in rural Barton County. Upon arrival, deputies became aware that one of the subjects involved was a member of the Barton County Sheriff’s Office.

The Great Bend Police Department was called to assist at the scene and conduct the investigation. Investigation indicated that both subjects were mutual combatants in a domestic battery incident.

Both individuals were arrested and transported to the Barton County Jail. The individuals arrested at the scene were Tucker Mayhugh of Great Bend and Angela Enriquez, also of Great Bend. Enriquez is a deputy sheriff for the Barton County Sheriff’s Office and has been placed on administrative leave pending further investigation and review. Both have since posted bond and been released.
