Cirus Feil, 18, was listed as missing from Great Bend on Aug. 4. According to the Kansas Bureau of Investigation’s missing persons database, Feil turned 18 years old since he was last seen on Aug. 3. He is a white male, 6 feet 5 inches tall, weighs 250 pounds, has green eyes and red/auburn hair.
