The Barton County Sheriff’s Office is seeking the public’s assistance in solving a burglary. 

According to Barton County Sheriff Brian Bellendir, BCSO is investigating a burglary that occurred at Knop Sand Co. at 1059 SE 15 Rd. south of Ellinwood, which Friday, Nov. 21 overnight. Multiple tools, including Milwaukee and Echo brands were stolen. Items included an impact driver, drill and chainsaw.  A Polaris ATV was also stolen, but later recovered in the Arkansas River.
