Kansas Bureau of Investigation agents arrested Kyle M. Burke, 20, of Great Bend, on Tuesday, Nov. 10, at approximately 3 p.m. at the McDonald’s restaurant in Great Bend. He was arrested on a Stafford County warrant that alleged he committed rape and aggravated indecent liberties with a child.
Following the arrest, Burke was booked into the Barton County Jail. Bond was set at $1 million.
The Stafford County Attorney’s Office will prosecute the case.
